SIMCom Wireless Solutions Growing Up to Become the World No.1 IoT Module Vendor

For the Fourteenth consecutive year, SIMCom Wireless Solutions maintained its position as a worldwide leader in IoT modules. Recently released "M2M Cellular Module Vendor Market Share report" from ABI, the leading resource of insight, analytics, and expertise in IoT, validates SIMCom's leadership in the industry.

According to ABI Research, SIMCom moved into the number one spot for 2015 module shipments. Future shipment leaders will be those who can compete on price. This is because the module technologies that will dominate growth over the next five years are from the latest 3GPP standards for LTE: Cat 1, Cat M1, and Cat M2. These findings are from ABI Research's M2M Cellular Module Vendor Market Share. This report is part of the company's IoT, IoE and M2M sector, which includes research reports, market data, insights, and competitive assessments.

"SIMCom has engaged in some very high-profile partnerships to develop some of our new products and features," said Mrs. Wendy Wang, general manager of SIMCom wireless solutions. "More and more customers are starting to realize the quality of SIMCom products," she continued. "The module is not only meant to function at the highest level and to push new features into the market, but to be easy to use -- a major demand from the developers and researchers in particular."
