Job Description for Regional Sales Manager in Germany

 Responsibilities
 Participate to define and impelement the sales strategy in German speaking countries including Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Netherlands.
 Co-work with local distributors to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
 Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
 Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
 Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs

Requirements
 Candidate with German Nationality
 5+ years Wireless Module sales experience in M2M industry
 BS/MS degree in Electronic/Communication Engineering, business administration or a related field
 Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
 Strong communication skills with proficient German, English
 Proven experience working within a multi-culture company environment
 Flexible team player
 Self-motivated and disciplined
 Can work independently and self-orgnized
 Travel required: 30% to 50% of work schedule mainly to customers in the assigned territory.
